Day 72, May 1st

Sunday morning, we woke up, checked out of the hotel and decided to walk down around our hotel, get some breakfast and take in San Fran before we headed back to Phoenix.  We walked around and took pictures in Union Square, Ryan is an artsy dude every now and again and he captured this photo.

After breakfast and window shopping we headed across the bridge to return our car and return home.  We had a nice flight home, made an origami animal which didn't actually look like what it was supposed to be, and landed in P-town early afternoon.
When we got home, we of course loved up on our kids, then I unpacked, and repacked to head off to Merr and Patrick's house for a week of house sitting.
I headed to Chandler to hang out with the fur girls, and finally watched the Royal Wedding...ah so beautiful and traditional and amazing!! I was watching on Fox News, and when it was over, the President broke in with the announcement that Osama Bin Laden had been captured and killed! Wonderful news for the world!! I knew Ryan wouldn't be watching anything that will break with this news, so I gave him a call to make sure he wasn't the only person Monday out of the loop!! :) After I got off the phone with Ryan, I hit the hay and got ready for the week ahead!! We had a wonderful weekend of celebrations and we are so happy for the newly married couple, well both, Will and Kate and of course Alex and Heather!
